libconfig-gitlike-perl software package provides Perl module for Git-compatible config file parsing, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconfig-gitlike-perl
libconfig-gitlike-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconfig-gitlike-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconfig-gitlike-perl *
You will get with libconfig-gitlike-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
